CULTIVATION
Hardy perennial to 75 cm high x 50 cm wide.
FRAGRANCE
Hidcote Lavender has the purest lavender oil with little of the camphor or pine overtones of other lavenders. As such it is the best for oil extraction and culinary use.
COOKING
Use the flowers in breads, scones, cakes, jams, jellies, teas and vinegar.
HEALTH
Lavenders oils, teas and sachets have a relaxing calming effect.
FLOWERING
Prolific mild purple flower display for months in summer.

Dried flowers repel moths in linen cupboards.
