A sun loving, low growing herb that forms a pink carpet in Spring and has a herby flavour reminiscent of pizza herbs.

Health and Cooking
Thyme Pizza can be used at all stages of cooking. Early for strong flavour in soups, casseroles etc late for stir fries and salads. It is high in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are all essential for optimum health.
Landscaping
Plant in dry exposed spots with full sun and good air movement. It needs little water and will die in heavy wet soils.
