A compact growing annual with attractive, multi-lobed light green leaves.
Prefers moist but well drained soil in a part to full sun position.
Rocket leaves have a peppery peanut flavour that are best eaten when young. Pick leaves and add to any general or leafy green salad or use as a base for a variety of meat and vegetable dishes. All parts of the plant are edible and the more it is picked the more it will produce. Remove flower stems to increase harvest time. It is an old herb that has been used for centuries in Europe.
