Health/Cooking/Medicinal
Rosemary is a great traditional herb that can be used in a myriad of foods and cooking styles. It is also a really good plant for aiding your health and helps with digestion and organ function, is high in antioxidants and is also high in vitamin E. It is reputed to aid in relaxation and assist in prolonging a good memory. Steep with Sage leaves and then add Dill and Caraway seeds for a spicy type of tea that will help with general health.
Landscaping/Planting
Plant in any well drained to general soil in a sunny and airy position. Good for terrace gardens and hanging baskets.
Cultivation/Fertiliser
Requires regular applications of Seasol and PowerFeed. Give a deep soaking when needed, and a hard prune in mid autumn if too large.
