A mixture of red, pink, yellow and orange stemmed plant with large deep green foliage.
Growing Tips
Plant in moist well drained soil. Can also be grown in large pots.
Use
Best used lightly steamed and served with butter and mixed herbs. Young leaves can be used in salads. Do not over cook. Use in salads with other leafy vegetables or as side dish for fish dishes.
