An attractive white flowering form of the classic herb with cucumber flavoured flowers.
Flavours/Food Partners
Nasturtiums, mizuna, chives, parsley, celery leaf and other leafy salad vegetables.
Health/Cooking/Medicinal
White Borage and orange, cream and deep red nasturtium flowers contrast well in a green salad. The cucumber flavour of the borage flowers enhances the overall salad flavour. Remove the hairy sepals and stems from the flowers prior to usage. It is not recommended that the foliage is used as the leaves have been known to be toxic to some people.
