Ingredients

  • ¼ cup finely chopped Italian Parsley
  • 3 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 ½ tablespoons finely chopped thyme

Method

Place all Ingredients and mix well.  Can be made up to one day ahead. Serve with soups, seafood and steak
