Verbena Homestead Purple

(Verbena ‘Homestead Purple’)

A tried and tested, reliable, perennial verbena with bright flowers over a long period. It grows quickly to fill an area half a metre square.

The small florets cluster together to make balls that smother the plant from spring to first frosts. The colour is a vivid rich purple.

Plant in full sun in well drained and well prepared soil. Suited to covering banks and as a general ground cover.

Cut back to approximately half height before growth begins in spring.

Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed during spring and summer will keep it looking its best.
