An upright small shrub grown for its dark foliage and autumn flowering season.

FLOWERS

The pretty blue flowers occur from late summer to late autumn.

POSITION & USES

Plant in a sunny position in well drained, limey soil. Also suited to large pots and verandah tubs. Good border plant for large cottage garden beds.

CULTIVATION

Tolerates a range of soils and conditions including coastal areas but thrives in in well drained and sunny positions.

FERTILISING

Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed will keep it looking its best.

WATER RATING

  • Red can = Little water in hot, dry weather.
  • Green can = Deep watering every few weeks in hot, dry weather.
  • Blue can = Deep watering weekly in hot, dry weather.
