SPECIAL QUALITIES

A medium sized shrub with attractive green foliage and beautiful blue flowers.

FLOWERS

Stunning azure blue flowers on top of long stems from mid spring to autumn.

POSITION & USES

Grows best in a sunny position in well drained soil and will tolerate considerable heat and dryness. Use scattered through a large perennial garden with a mixture of penstemon and lavender.

CULTIVATION

Easy lo grow. Prune lhe plant by about 50% after flowering finishes.

FERTILISING

Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed over flowering period will keep it looking its best.

WATER RATING

  • Red can = Little water in hot, dry weather.
  • Green can = Deep watering every few weeks in hot, dry weather.
  • Blue can = Deep watering weekly in hot, dry weather.
