Health and Cooking
Rocket Wild leaves have a peppery peanut flavour that are best eaten when young. Pick leaves and add to any general or leafy green salad or use a base for a variety of meat and vegetable dishes. All parts of the plant are edible and the more it is picked the more it will produce. Remove flower stems to increase harvest time.
Landscaping
Prefers moist but well drained soil in a part to full sun position.
Fertiliser
Fertilise with Seasol and Powerfeed in spring, summer and autumn.
