SPECIAL QUALITIES
A compact, free flowering Nemesia with perfumed deep blue flowers.
FLOWERS
Flowers profusely in spring and autumn and also in summer if grown in part shade. Winter flowers are not uncommon in mild climates.
POSITION & USES
Plant in sun or light shade in good garden soil. Enrich the soil with organic matter. Ideal in the front of a bed in a cottage garden or grown with other spring and autumn flowering plants such as pansies for a colorful display. An excellent plant in a container either by itself or with other plants.
CULTIVATION
Mulch around the plants. Fertilise in spring and autumn. Cut the plant back to half its height when flowering finishes.
FERTILISING
Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed will keep it looking its best.
WATER RATING
- Red can = Little water in hot, dry weather.
- Green can = Deep watering every few weeks in hot, dry weather.
- Blue can = Deep watering weekly in hot, dry weather.
