Lavender Hidcote is a compact, dark flowered form of English Lavender with strongly aromatic foliage and flowers.

POSITION & USES

An open, sunny position and well drained soil preferred. Hidcote can be used in many ways: as a hedge, in a group among shrubs and perennials such as Cistus, Sedum, Callistemon, Convolvulus, or as feature plants at entrances or on the sides of paths.

CULTIVATION

Prune 30% after flowering to keep shape and maintain plant vigour.

FERTILISING

Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed in spring and autumn will keep it looking its best.
