A mounding shrub with stunning silver foliage that makes an eye catching border.

FLOWERS

Small heads of golden yellow, daisy like flowers on short stems in mid summer.

POSITION & USES

Plant as a border to a traditional low growing perennial garden, part of a colourful annual bed or in large garden pots. Prefers a sunny, moist but well drained soil.

CULTIVATION

Other than removing spent flower heads Silver dust requires little attention.

FERTILISING

Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed from spring to late summer will keep it looking its best and growing well.

WATER RATING

  • Red can = Little water in hot, dry weather.
  • Green can = Deep watering every few weeks in hot, dry weather.
  • Blue can = Deep watering weekly in hot, dry weather.
