A long loved form of marguerite daisy valued for its compact, decorative appeal and long flowering habit.
FLOWERS
Single daisy flowers over very attractive fine blue/green foliage. Flowers most of the year in mild climates and spring to autumn in cool climates.
POSITION & USES
Plant in a sunny position in well drained and cultivated garden soil. This plant has a myriad of uses. It looks great en masse, as a feature plant (eg either side of a pathway), mixed with other shrubs and perennials or in a large tub.
CULTIVATION
After each flush of flowers finishes cut the bush back. Every six months cut the bush up to half to keep it compact.
FERTILISING
Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed will keep it looking its best.
WATER RATING
- Red can = Little water in hot, dry weather.
- Green can = Deep watering every few weeks in hot, dry weather.
- Blue can = Deep watering weekly in hot, dry weather.
