A tough shade loving, winter flowering classic garden plant.
FLOWERS
Clusters of white through soft pink to purple flowers on tall stems from mid winter to early spring.
POSITION & USES
Plant in any woodland type location with full to dappled shade. They prefer wen drained soil with plenty of organic matter. Perfect under deciduous trees or large shrubs.
CULTIVATION
Remove spent flower sterns and the plant will flower again and again. Prune well in mid spring. Divide clumps every few years if they become too large.
FERTILISING
Regular applications of Seasol aod Power Feed will keep it looking its best.
WATER RATING
- Red can = Little water in hot, dry weather.
- Green can = Deep watering every few weeks in hot, dry weather.
- Blue can = Deep watering weekly in hot, dry weather.
