CULTIVATION
Semi – evergreen shrub to 3 m. Prune hard in late winter to shape. Attractive shrub with delicate lacy white flower spikes in summer.
USE
Pineapple Sage, Fruit Salad Sage, Spearmint, Scented Geraniums.
Fruit Salads, Sorbet, Ice Blocks, Custard, Cakes, Punches, Chicken.
One of the most delightful herb teas. Add a handful of leaves to a pot and brew 5-10 minutes.
