Perennial to 90 cm high x 60 cm wide.

COOKING

Acceptable substitute for French Tarragon. However it has a much stronger sweet aniseed flavour and lacks the piquant warmth of French Tarragon.

Fresh leaves make a very sweet uplifting herb tea.

Stunning yellow autumn flower display attracts beneficial predator insects such as ladybirds into the garden.
